Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Honeynut, we do things differently. We don’t use third-party shipping carriers like USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Every order is hand-delivered by a member of our team to ensure your food arrives fresh, safe, and in perfect condition.

🚚 Local Delivery Only

We currently offer delivery to select areas in Westchester County, NY, and Fairfield County, CT. If you’re outside our delivery zone, you’ll be notified at checkout.

📦 Delivery Schedule

Orders are typically delivered the same day or next day, depending on your location and product availability. You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another update when your order is out for delivery.

📲 Text Updates

If you’ve opted into SMS, we’ll do our best to:

  • Send a delivery time estimate

  • Notify you when your order is on its way

  • Share a photo of your delivery at your door

📍Delivery Requirements

Please ensure that someone is available to receive perishable items, or that you’ve provided instructions for safe drop-off. We cannot guarantee quality if your order sits outside for an extended period.

🔄 Missed Deliveries

If we’re unable to complete a delivery due to incorrect address details or no safe place to leave the order, we’ll reach out to coordinate a re-delivery. Additional charges may apply.
